Smt. Kalpana Dasgupta,Chairperson, Working Group on Libraries, National Knowledge Commission, New Delhi, and Shri Palode Ravi,Ex- MLA & Member, RRRLF, felicitated the inaugural function.
Many Librarians from different parts of the country are participating in this historical event, organised by Kerala Library Association.

Congrats for the Seminar Blog. This must be the ever first Indian Conference Blog in LIS. Try to record the speeches and upload them. Also upload the presentations/full-text of papers.
